Individual Therapy

A warm, holistic, trauma-informed space to reconnect with yourself

You’re carrying more than anyone realizes.

You’ve been moving through your days holding so much: work, relationships, family, expectations, and the quiet pressure to “keep it together.” From the outside, it might look like you’re functioning just fine. People rely on you. You show up. You do what needs to get done.

But inside, it’s different. There are moments when your chest feels tight for no apparent reason.

Evenings when your thoughts won’t settle. Mornings when you wake up already feeling behind. You may be wrestling with memories or patterns you thought you’d moved past, only to find them showing up again in subtle, painful ways. Or maybe you’ve just felt disconnected from yourself lately – tired, ungrounded, stretched too thin.

You don’t have to keep pretending you’re okay when you’re craving real support.

There is a quiet ache you rarely talk about.

Maybe you’ve learned to downplay your own needs because others needed you more. Or you grew up being the strong one, the peacemaker, the responsible one, the one who handled the emotional weight in the room. That role can follow you into adulthood, making it hard to slow down, soften, or finally ask for help.

You might find yourself overthinking conversations, apologizing for things that aren’t yours to apologize for, or slipping into old emotional patterns that feel automatic.

Even when you try to push through, something in your body knows that you deserve a place to exhale.

Therapy is where you get to put the weight down.

When you step into therapy with me, I don’t expect you to perform or hold it together. You don’t have to be insightful or articulate or “ready.” You get to be human.

Our work together is gentle but profound. Some sessions resemble unfiltered, honest conversations, where you can say things you’ve never said out loud, sort through emotions, and make sense of the places where you still feel tender. Other times, we slow down and listen to the wisdom of your body: the tightness in your chest, the knot in your stomach, the restless energy that rises when something feels overwhelming.

You’ll have space to explore the parts of yourself that are scared, tired, protective, or longing for connection, and learn how to recognize and shift long-standing patterns that arose from surviving difficult moments. And you’ll start to trust your internal guidance again.

Here is therapy that meets you where you are – emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

My approach is holistic, relational, and intuitive.

People are often surprised by how calming it feels to sit with someone attuned to them. I hold sessions with warmth, steadiness, and deep respect for your inner world. I don’t rush your story or lead with clinical language. Instead, I pay close attention to your breath, your tone, what your body is carrying, and what your heart is trying to protect.

Sometimes, we talk through experiences that shaped you or gently revisit old memories so your body can finally release the tension they created. At other times, we explore the parts of your inner landscape that feel conflicted, hurt, or disconnected. And sometimes, you need a grounded space to cry, release, or remember who you are beneath the overwhelm.

The work unfolds at the pace your nervous system can hold.

Nothing forced. Nothing pushed. Just a steady, compassionate process of healing and coming home to yourself.

What begins to shift over time?

As the layers start to soften, you may notice subtle yet significant changes. The heaviness in your chest starts to ease. You respond instead of reacting. You catch yourself setting boundaries without guilt, feel less alone in your own experience, stop abandoning yourself in the ways you once had to, and begin to trust your own voice again.

These subtle shifts add up.

Session by session, you create a different relationship with your past, with your emotions, and with your sense of self. You feel more grounded, more centered, and more connected to the person you’ve always been underneath the pain.

If you want a safe place to unravel and rebuild, you’re in the right place.

Individual therapy is for those longing for more profound healing – not just coping. It’s for people who want a space where their nervous system feels honored, their story witnessed, and their healing occurs with gentleness and skill.

If you’ve been saying, “I can’t keep feeling like this,” or if you’re craving a place where you don’t have to be the strong one, therapy can be the beginning of something different.

Let’s take the next step together.
